Consistency issue

This batch tastes very different to the last time we got the same one. Not sure if it was the wrong beans but in the bag but its just not the same at all. You can not really taste or smell the strawberry jam flavour. Ive tried alot of different beans from Canal in recent months, i like most o of them, but Kochab was my favourite so far, but not this most recent batch. (Dont want to put a bad review, so delete this as a review, just want to feedback to you guys).

Amazing service, even better coffee

Faultless quality and service! Canal was even kind enough to replace a kilo that was stolen from my girlfriend's porch. Each of the espresso blends including Kochab has a unique and pleasant profile.
