El Salvador's San Carlos Estate is grown in La Libertad, at an altitude of 1,275 meters, under ideal growing conditions. The Red Bourbon variety undergoes a 12-hour fermentation followed by natural sun-drying, resulting in a profile with notes of chocolate fudge.
San Carlos Estate has a deep commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. The farm is Rainforest Alliance (RFA) and Café Practices certified, ensuring ethical farming practices.
