We are proud to ship our products across Canada. Whether you are in a major city or a more remote area, we work with our transporters to deliver your coffee and equipment directly to your door, no matter where you are in Canada.

We understand your eagerness to enjoy your fresh coffee! Our goal is to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Generally, you can expect your order to leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. We always strive to minimise this time to ensure maximum freshness.

Delivery times depend on our carriers and your location:

  • For addresses in Quebec and Ontario (Central Canada), once shipped, delivery should not exceed two working days.
  • For Eastern (Maritimes) or Western Canada, please allow approximately five working days after shipment.

We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so that you can track its progress in real time.

Yes, absolutely! You can pick up your order directly at CRS (3780 Saint-Patrick Street, Montreal, QC H4E 1A2). This option is ideal if you are in Montreal and want to save on delivery costs. Please select this option during checkout and we will notify you as soon as your order is ready.

Yes, you have complete flexibility! You can manage your subscription however you like. Whether you need to pause it, change the frequency, switch coffees, or cancel it, you can do so at any time, with no fees or commitments. Simply log in to your online customer account.

  • Coffee Bags: Unfortunately, for reasons of freshness and hygiene standards, our coffee bags are neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless the quality of the product is affected (for example, if the bag is damaged or the coffee is defective). However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your coffee, please do not hesitate to contact us! We will do our best to find a solution.
  • Merchandise and Equipment: For all other items (cups, equipment, accessories, etc.), we offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is intact and in its original packaging.

To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storing your coffee in an airtight container at room temperature and away from light. Avoid leaving it in the original bag after opening.

  • Pro tip: Coffee absorbs odours. Store it away from spices or other strong-smelling foods.
  • Freezing: If you buy in very large quantities, you can freeze it. To do this, use an airtight vacuum bag or container and only defrost the amount you need without refreezing the rest, as temperature variations affect quality.
  • Ground coffee: Once the bag is opened, ground coffee retains its optimal flavour for approximately two weeks. After that, oxidation begins to alter the taste.
  • Coffee beans: Coffee beans stay fresh for longer. It is best to grind them just before brewing, which allows the aromas to be preserved for up to 3 months after opening the bag (provided the above storage conditions are followed).
