This exceptional washed Sidra from Edinson and Luz Argote's Quebraditas farm bursts with tropical fruit character, amplified by thermal quenching and yeast inoculation. Their precise fermentation method results in a juicy, clear profile that reflects both the innovation and care taken at every stage of production.
The coffee undergoes a precise washing and fermentation process, including 36 hours of anaerobic fermentation at temperatures below 25°C and drying at controlled temperatures. The result is a well-balanced and fruity cup that highlights the farm's commitment to quality at every stage./p>
