Learn more about the Jujube Juice
Our brand-new co-fermented coffee featuring vibrant notes of cherry, raspberry, and melon!
Fermentation: Crafted from the Caturra variety grown at 1,900 meters above sea level in the Huila region of Colombia, this coffee highlights the expertise of El Vergel Estate. The cherries undergo an anaerobic fermentation enriched with red fruits and lactobacillus cultures for 48 to 72 hours in stainless steel bioreactors. This controlled, oxygen-deprived environment enhances fruit integration and amplifies a deeply structured sweetness. Following precise drying on patios and in mechanical silos, the coffee stabilizes its flavors over 20 days, delivering a vibrant, juicy, and refreshingly fruit-forward profile in the cup.
