Our San Carlos is a super versatile coffee. With a medium roast, it is enjoyable both as a filter coffee and an espresso, whether you drink it black or with milk. When tasted, it is found to be round, full-bodied, and comforting.

The San Carlos Estate from El Salvador is grown in La Libertad, at an altitude of 1,275 meters, under ideal growing conditions. The Red Bourbon variety undergoes a 12-hour fermentation followed by natural sun drying, which results in a profile with notes of chocolate fudge.

San Carlos Estate has a deep commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. The farm is certified by the Rainforest Alliance (RFA) and Café Practices, ensuring ethical farming practices.
