Gracile is our coffee with a classic Colombian profile.

As indicated, we roast this coffee a little darker than our usual standards. This brings out the roasted notes in addition to the basic aromas. This coffee is perfect for the traditional coffee lover. It will hold up when served with milk, and lots of it!

Its latest version comes from the Mujeres en Café program. This program supports 770 women coffee farmers in Colombia. It aims to improve their living conditions by providing them with economic, social and environmental autonomy. This specialty green coffee, grown at altitudes of 1500 to 1900 meters, is a blend of Castillo coffees and offers aromas of dark chocolate, sugar cane and a hint of vanilla.
