Gracile

As indicated, we roast this coffee a little darker than our usual standards. This brings out the roasted notes in addition to the basic aromas. This coffee is perfect for the traditional coffee lover. It will hold up when served with milk, and lots of it!

The Madre Maria Association was created by a small group of growers eager to work together to raise the standards of their coffee and offer it as a community exchange product.
What began as an association of 5 farmers has grown to include over 55 small producers. The association is constantly improving their equipment and keeping abreast of industry best practices.
