This coffee, processed using the washed method, reveals pleasant notes of milk chocolate, gingerbread and almond, which will be fully expressed using filter methods (Chemex, V60, or batch brew) or a French press (Bodum). For espresso, it's recommended to use a good grinder and master your extraction ratios to fully enjoy its elegant and complex aromas.
