Manaseed Kibochi's Spikes estate is located between 1,700 and 1,800 meters above sea level. This high altitude provides ideal conditions to produce dense and sweet coffee cherries.
The cherries are selectively handpicked and then depulped using Mariri's manual depulper. The coffee is dry fermented for 16 to 24 hours, and after being washed, it soaks in clean water for an additional 24 hours.
The wet parchment then dries on raised beds for 10 to 18 days.
